Issue Tracking and Documentation

StratusDX LIS has integrated a CRM into the LIS for laboratories to manage their customer interactions through documenting issues and creating open and closed issues. The CRM tool allows labs to focus in on customers that require more attention. All issues are tracked from the moment they are opened until resolved.
